THE PLAN:
As a Boutique Beach Resort Hotel, in Phase I, it has 12 well appointed state of the art guestrooms with balconies overlooking the ocean, designed by an experienced International Interior Designer, who's no other than the owner of the hotel property. A gazebo which houses the restaurant, kitchen, bar, reception, administration office, pantry and a very wide spacious Board Walk that overlooks the ocean view . Light house that houses water sports check in/out counter, restrooms, observatory tower as an outlook for security reasons.Infinity pool, spas, beautiful landscapes with tropical flowers and different kinds of palms that makes the place more beautiful.
Phase I room rates ranges from US$195 a night up to US$250.

THE NEXT PHASE OR SIMULTANEOUS PLAN:
Phase II has an additional of 16 rooms with all kinds of suite rooms such as; Presidential Suite, Family Suites, Honeymooner's Suites, Deluxe Rooms and Superior Rooms, all with balconies. Lagoon pool which is a perfect venue for  Garden Weddings and Friday Pool Disco Party. A gated entry and driveway with a fountain, welcoming and  cool down guest entering the property. This is a Resort perfectly designed and disable friendly with drop off and pick up driveway to check-in and check out. A very wide balcony on a second level which has the bar and restaurant and a cafe on the ground level with tarsier observatory that connects to the second level balcony.

THE FUTURE:
Phase II room rates, ranges from $195 Deluxe Rooms up to $695 a night for the Presidential Suite.
