To be a part of this development with as is stage, with 45% stage of our Phase I is subject to different terms and conditions, but right now the construction is being stopped due to certain major reasons except the perimeter fencing, which is already a great deal of work. It will be resumed once everything is positioned as far as the final investors sets in. The owner is very flexible and there are so many options for inclusions and exclusions to lessen the cost.

With the present stage it has complete Architectural Plans for both Phase I & II, All permits, ECC (Environmental Clearance Certificate from DENR), Interior Design Services and Landscape Design Services zoned as a tourism property for both Phase I & II, registered at the Department of Trade as Villa Della Resort, complete with Electrical and Water Connections. All you need to do is to continue and have funds to get going.

The worth of this project up to Phase II can be approximately P150M complete with all kinds of water sports. Phase I project cost is around P60M up to P80M more or less. It can also stay as Phase I alone and it will be sufficient enough to cater to the discriminating international tourist with AAA Standards. After this stage it is easy to continue up to more Phases which has Time Share and more rooms or units to increase accommodation. The size of the land is approximately 4,500 square meters but has a long stretch of beachfront approximately over 200 meters long more or less. Neighboring properties are positioned to be acquired in the near future for expansion.

Small islands highlights your kayaking and cruising and you may watch migrant birds further Anda beaches to Cogtong & Pangpang Candijay's wide mangroves and the river within a body of sea water embraced by mangroves inhabited by the country's most famous black crabs, brackish giant prawns ,shrimps, oysters, eel and mangrove monkeys.

Our property has the natural terrain and right of way from the Provincial Road down to Barangay Road that goes straight to the sea water and turn left to the property and has a private beach cove to enjoy the Resort's private activities for our Resort's Guest and Water Sports without being disturbed by the public eyes.

Our beautiful landscape designs will have both tropical flowers, coconut trees and other species of palm trees and also herbs and local plants.
